Editorial Policy, Corrections and AI — WICKVIPER
How WICKVIPER content is created, who checks it, how we label the use of AI tools and how we publish corrections of errors.
Effective from: 7 October 2026
1. Editorial responsibility
Content published under the WICKVIPER brand (website, blog, Lab, Academy, Telegram channels, social media) is the responsibility of the WICKVIPER editorial team (WickViper Team). Editorial responsibility lies with the natural person who runs the project. Articles on the website are checked by a human before publication, and the reviewer and review date are shown on each article.
2. How we use artificial intelligence
- We use AI tools (currently Google Gemini models) to prepare first drafts of educational texts and commentary, translate into EN, DE, ES and IT, summarise macroeconomic data, proofread and help analyse market data.
- Every website article generated or changed by AI is checked by a human before publication: facts, figures, dates, price levels and compliance with the rules below.
- Setups (direction, entry, SL, TP) are approved by a human only. Quantitative and AI tools may suggest candidates, but the decision to publish belongs to the trader.
- Images, voice and video: if material contains a synthetic voice, an avatar or a generated image that could be taken as real, we label it as AI-generated (Article 50(4) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the "AI Act"). Charts with market data are not AI-generated.
- Our Telegram bot answers questions with the help of AI and says so at the start of the conversation (Article 50(1) AI Act). Matters it cannot resolve are passed to a human.
Under the second subparagraph of Article 50(4) of the AI Act, the obligation to label AI-generated text published to inform the public does not apply where the content has undergone human review or editorial control and someone holds editorial responsibility for it. That is how we work, and we still describe the role of AI here because we think it is fair.
3. Content standards
- Facts separate from opinion. We give facts with a source and label opinions and forecasts as such.
- Sources. Macro data, central bank decisions and statistics come with a source; if a source is uncertain, we say so.
- No promises of profit. We do not use wording that promises a certain result, a guarantee, getting rich quickly or full effectiveness. We do not show winning trades only and we do not create time pressure.
- Results always in context. Every statement about results gives the period and the number of setups, includes losses and links to the full ledger.
- Risk always visible. Content about leveraged CFDs, forex and gold carries a short risk warning.
- No individual advice. In comments and messages we do not tell specific people what to do with their money.
- Advertising is labelled. Every paid partnership, affiliate link or other benefit is labelled "ad" or "paid partnership" at the start of the content, not just with a hashtag.
- User reviews. We publish genuine reviews only and say whether and how we check that they come from community members. We do not buy, write or distort reviews (Article 6(4)(7) and Article 7(25) and (26) of the Polish Act on Counteracting Unfair Market Practices).
- Corrections. We correct mistakes openly, with a date and a description of the correction. We never delete ledger entries.
4. Reporting mistakes
Spotted a mistake? Write to [email protected]. We will reply and publish a correction if needed.
